• You hereby consent to WesBank sharing your personal information with our approved dealerships.

• You confirm that the information and content you have provided is accurate, relevant, and complete. We are not responsible for checking or verifying your information and/or the details thereof.

• You agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless against any liability whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting out of or in connection with your use or the inability to use the platform.

• WesBank gives no warranty that the platform will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you make use of the platform at your own discretion and risk.

• You understand that WesBank cannot guarantee the successful sale of your vehicle.

• If You are not an existing WesBank customer, note that your use of the platform creates no banking relationship between you and WesBank, and we will not be a party to any agreement and / or arrangement entered into between you and a dealership.
